What You’ll Do:
- Own the Spanish demand-side sales pipeline, from prospecting to closing high-value campaigns.
- Build and strengthen relationships with local media agencies and direct brands, offering impactful programmatic and performance-based solutions.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to develop tailored offerings aligned with advertisers’ goals.
- Represent Refinery89 in client meetings, industry events, and networking opportunities to expand our brand presence and trust in Spain.
- Maintain our CRM system to ensure a transparent and structured sales process.
Who We’re Looking For:
- A natural closer: confident, proactive, and passionate about sales and client partnerships.
- Strong commercial mindset with a focus on delivering value through digital advertising and AdTech.
- A well-established network across Spanish media agencies and direct-to-brand marketers.
- Fluent in Spanish and English — capable of navigating both external and internal communication seamlessly.
- Autonomous, adaptable, and comfortable working in fast-paced, international environments.
What Will Make You Stand Out:
- 5–10 years of sales experience in digital media, AdTech, or MarTech — ideally with a strong programmatic focus.
- Prior experience at a DSP, SSP, publisher, or media platform.
- Solid grasp of digital campaign metrics and how to drive performance for advertisers.
- A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong personal credibility with agency stakeholders and brand decision-makers.
