What’s the Role?
As our SDR, you'll be responsible for identifying, contacting, and qualifying new leads across agencies, brands, and publishers. Your goal is to spark the first conversation and hand off warm, high-quality opportunities to our Sales Director. You’ll be based in our Amsterdam office and act as the first touchpoint for potential partners in one of our strongest markets.

What You’ll Do:
- Proactively prospect new clients through cold outreach (calls, emails, LinkedIn).
- Research and identify potential fits across the digital advertising ecosystem.
- Engage leads and articulate Refinery89’s unique value proposition.
- Qualify opportunities and schedule discovery calls for our sales team.
- Keep our CRM accurate and up to date with all lead activity.
- Represent Refinery89 at local networking events and client-facing meetings.
- Work closely with our commercial team to fine-tune messaging and targeting.
Who We’re Looking For:
- A self-motivated, target-driven individual with a passion for sales.
- Native Dutch speaker with full professional fluency in English.
- Experience in lead generation, outbound sales, or new business roles is a strong plus.
- Clear communicator with resilience and a consultative mindset.
- For senior candidates: a valuable network in media agencies, brands, or publishers is highly desirable.
- Available full-time, on-site at our A’DAM Toren office.
