Refinery89 is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Technical Account Manager with 1+ years of experience within a TAM role to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensure the optimal support (technical and performance wise) of our network of hundreds of publishers. You will work closely with the Business Developers to understand the Publishers's business needs, providing a first point of call for troubleshooting and resolutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues from publishers, ensuring effective and timely problem-solving of ad-related concerns.
- Perform web console debugging to identify and fix errors impacting ad delivery and performance.
- Work alongside the Business Development team to troubleshoot integration, activation and placement monetization.
- Apply HTML and CSS skills to enhance ad placement and functionality within publisher websites.
- Leverage expertise in Prebid and header bidding to implement and optimize programmatic ad setups.
Qualifications:

Experience: 1-3 years of experience in technical account management within the digital publishing or digital advertising industry.

Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of digital publishing, online advertising, and programmatic revenue models. Deep experience with industry tools and platforms such as Google Ad Manager, header bidding solutions, and analytics platforms (on the Publisher side preferably).
- Strong Project Management skills.
Technical Skills (desirable)
- Knowledge of programming languages, mainly JavaScript, HTML, Wordpress, etc.
- Basic knowledge of project management software (e.g. JIRA)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office software.
Skills:
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.
- Proficient in data analysis and and on-page troubleshooting.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to technical troubleshooting and account management.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
- Ability to use developer/ bespoke tools to identify issues on publisher sites.
