Refinery89 is looking for a Junior Technical Support Account Manager to join our dynamic team and grow within the world of digital advertising. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in the support and optimization of our publisher network, helping troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, and collaborating with our Business Development team to understand the needs of our partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues from publishers, ensuring effective and timely problem-solving of ad-related concerns.
- Perform web console debugging to identify and fix errors impacting ad delivery and performance.
- Work alongside the Business Development team to troubleshoot integration, activation and placement monetization.
- Apply HTML and CSS skills to enhance ad placement and functionality within publisher websites.
- Leverage expertise in Prebid and header bidding to implement and optimize programmatic ad setups.
Qualifications:
- We’re looking for someone with a passion for learning and growing in the tech and advertising fields. Any previous exposure to web development or digital advertising is a plus!
- Basic Understanding of Web Development: Exposure to HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is desirable. If you’re new to these, we’re happy to help you develop these skills!
- A curiosity about online advertising and programmatic revenue models will help you succeed in this role.
- Good Communication Skills: Strong communication and problem-solving skills to collaborate with clients and internal teams.
Technical Skills (desirable)
- Familiarity with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, or WordPress is beneficial.
- Basic knowledge of Project Management Tools like JIRA is a plus.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and the ability to use developer tools for troubleshooting.
Skills:
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.
- Proficient in data analysis and and on-page troubleshooting.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to technical troubleshooting and account management.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
- Ability to use developer/ bespoke tools to identify issues on publisher sites.
