We are looking for Growth Marketing Manager that can provide a 360 approach by generating innovative ideas to drive customer engagement and retention.

If you are an English native speaker and are also passionate about creating and rolling out strategies that organically help attract and engage leads, this job is for you.


Role:

- Collaborate closely with the sales team to align marketing efforts with sales goals, fostering a cohesive approach to customer acquisition and retention.

- Create a Lead Generation strategy and set up Lead Generation activities by defining and launching:

  1. Lead generation and nurturing emailing sequences.
  2. Webinars and online trainings with the goal of attracting new clients.
  3. Ideation of whitepapers, case studies, videos, infographics and other lead generation materials.


- Explore, find and exploit ways to bring leads by leveraging new channels besides the traditional ones. For example: Reddit, forums, LinkedIn, etc.

- Define the yearly Inbound Strategy and Content Calendar alongside the Social Media manager and Content Specialists

  1. Prepare a comprehensive SEO strategy.
  2. Ideation of new content for our blog with the purpose of both generating leads and adding value to current clients.


- Ownership of the Affiliate and Referral programs working with local resellers that actively promote the use of our ad monetization technology.

- Become an essential part of the client retention strategy, helping top publishers on SEO and Google Analytics.

- Monitor and analyze KPIs to measure the effectiveness of lead generating actions implemented, using insights to refine strategies and drive continuous improvement.

 

We are looking for a top marketing professional who has:

- A proven track record with Lead Generation strategies and tools

- A native English level, both spoken and written

- Deep understanding of SEO best practices, keyword research, and data & analytics

- Experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns (organic and paid) that engage and convert.

- Experience with WordPress, and CRMs. Dynamics 365 and Active Campaigns are a big plus

- Adaptability to changing environments and priorities

- Strong organizational skills, capable of prioritizing and managing multiple tasks and projects effectively

- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities

- Experience utilizing website analytics tools and interpreting data to continuously optimize actions
