Job Description
We are looking for a Finance Intern to join our Finance team and support the day-to-day accounting operations of the business. This is an entry-level opportunity ideal for someone detail-oriented and eager to learn, who enjoys working with numbers and building a solid foundation in finance operations. No previous work experience is required — full training will be provided internally. You'll gain hands-on exposure to accounts payable, reconciliations, and expense processing within an international organization.
Responsibilities
Record and book all incoming invoices in Accounts Payable across all entities.
Support bank and credit card reconciliations.
Process employee expenses in line with company policies.
Maintain accurate records and ensure proper documentation of financial transactions.
Assist with recurring accounting activities and other finance-related tasks as needed.
Requirements
Must-Have
Comfortable working with spreadsheets (Excel) and learning new software tools.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent written communication in English.
Proactive, organized, and eager to learn.
Nice to Have
Spanish or another EU language.
Interest in finance, technology, or fast-growing business environments.
No previous work experience required — full training provided internally.
