Key Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and manage scalable, reliable, and secure AWS infrastructure.
- Maintain and enhance our CI/CD pipelines using Bitbucket Pipelines.
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure smooth deployment and operation of applications.
- Automate infrastructure management tasks and ensure efficient monitoring and alerting systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in development, test, and production environments.
- Implement best practices for security, performance, and scalability.
- Work closely with the development team to integrate DevOps practices and principles into the software development lifecycle.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure our infrastructure remains current and effective.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience as a DevOps Engineer or similar software engineering role.
- Extensive experience with AWS services and infrastructure.
- Proficiency in using Bitbucket for version control and managing repositories.
- Strong knowledge of CI/CD concepts and hands-on experience with Bitbucket Pipelines.
- Familiarity with Laravel or similar PHP frameworks is highly desirable.
- Solid scripting skills (e.g., Python, Bash).
- Experience with containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to work.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- AWS certification is a plus.
- 3+ years of experience in a DevOps role.
