Are you ready to take on a challenging role in digital ad sales, specifically focusing on establishing and expanding partnerships with digital ad agencies? Join us at Refinery89 as we venture into the Spanish market, and you'll play a crucial role in building our presence from the ground up.

We operate from our offices in Madrid and make sure we always add value between digital publishers and advertisers. In this role you'll have to ...

  • Close trading agreements with digital ad agencies in Spain.
  • Build and manage a pipeline of potential clients in Spain.
  • Conduct research to identify potential target clients and determine their needs.
  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to win new business.
  • Present Refinery89's value proposition to clients and agencies and explain the benefits of partnering with us.
  • Attend industry events and conferences to build relationships and generate leads.

On day one we'll expect you to have...

  • At least three years of experience in digital ad sales.
  • An existing network in (some of) the bigger Spanish digital ad agencies (e.g. GroupM, Publicis, Havas, Omnicon).
  • Unmatched communication and negotiation skills.
  • An unstoppable drive to succeed and achieve what you set out to do.
  • Excellent social and interpersonal skills.
  • Native Spanish and excellent English written and oral skills.
