We are looking for a Partner Management Intern to join our AdTech Partnerships team.
This internship is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the digital advertising and AdTech industry while working closely with commercial, technical and operations teams. You will support the management and growth of our demand partner network, helping optimise monetisation performance across Refinery89’s publisher portfolio.
You will gain exposure to SSPs, header bidding, monetisation strategies and performance analysis while developing strong analytical, commercial and communication skills in a fast-paced international environment.
Support the AdTech Partnerships team in managing relationships with demand partners and monetisation platforms.
Assist with the onboarding and implementation of demand partners across publisher websites.
Help monitor partner performance and identify trends, revenue opportunities and areas for optimisation.
Analyse data related to CPMs, fill rates, revenue and partner activity to support commercial decision-making.
Collaborate with technical and operations teams to help resolve issues affecting partner performance.
Support the rollout of new monetisation opportunities and demand integrations across the network.
Prepare reports, dashboards and performance summaries for internal stakeholders and partner discussions.
Participate in meetings with SSPs and other monetisation partners, helping track action points and follow-ups.
Conduct market and partner research to support business development and partnership growth initiatives.
Learn and contribute to the optimisation of Refinery89’s demand stack and monetisation setup.
Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Engineering, Data Analytics or a related field.
Strong interest in digital advertising, AdTech, online media and monetisation.
Excellent level of English, both written and spoken.
Good analytical skills and confidence working with data and spreadsheets.
Good knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets.
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
Ability to work proactively and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Curious, eager to learn and motivated to grow within the AdTech industry.
Ability to quickly understand new technologies and digital products.
Basic understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem and programmatic advertising concepts.
Familiarity with SSPs, header bidding or online monetisation concepts.
Experience with reporting or data visualisation tools such as Google Data Studio, Looker Studio or Power BI.
Previous internship, academic project or extracurricular experience related to digital media, advertising, partnerships or analytics.
Interest in commercial partnerships, account management or yield optimisation.
